A renter has the possibility to prepay a reservation by clicking on the "prepay this reservation" button. This allows them to confirm their interest and their willingness to quickly materialize their project with the owner.
Depending on the start date of the reservation, the owner then has a maximum of 24 hours to confirm the reservation or refuse it.
Although having made a prepayment, it does happen that some owners have to refuse or wish to exchange with the tenant before confirming the reservation.
If the owner accepts, the rental is "paid" and confirmed.
If they do not accept, the reservation is "refused" or "cancelled". The prepayment is then automatically cancelled, and the funds will reappear in the tenant's account within 10 days at the latest.
The owner can also modify the offer of the reservation request in order to adapt to your project. The prepayment is therefore cancelled, the reservation will be "pre-approved" and you will be able to confirm the rental again by paying online.
