What are the conditions for cancelling a rental?
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, if a refund has already been made, the SamBoat service fee refund may take the form of a credit note to be used for the next rental received. This credit note will be sent to you by email.
There is no time limit on its use, but it must be used by the same hirer.
I have a coupon, how can I use it?
Please note: cancellation insurance cannot be reimbursed.
This is because the risk is consumed as soon as it is taken out, so it has protected you from the time you paid for the booking until it is cancelled, and is non-refundable.
