What is the notice period for requests before departure?

In the "conditions" tab of your ad, you can indicate a preparation period for your boat.

You can choose from when the renters can make a request, in order to have time to prepare your boat: 

You have the possibility to choose between: 

  • Same day (at any time during the day of the rental, a renter can make a request to rent your boat within the day) 
  • 1 day (default) (until 11:59 pm the day before, a renter can request to rent your boat the next day) 
  • 2 days (until the day before at 11:59 pm, a renter can request to rent your boat) 
  • 3 days (until the evening two days before, at 23:59, a renter can request to rent your boat) 
  • 1 week (a renter can only request to rent your boat one week before departure) 

 

Please note: if you select the same day, you can receive a request at any time of the day.

Thanks to this feature, you will not have to refuse a request if you are not ready.
