In order to rent the boat in good conditions and for greater security, a rental contract MUST be completed and signed by you and the owner.
As soon as your payment has been validated, a pre-filled contract will be sent to you by email.
Owners can draw up their own rental contract. Please note that this is the contract that will be binding. Do not forget to check in and check out properly to avoid any problems in the event of a claim.
In the event of a claim, it is essential to ask for the rental contract, which will serve as a record of the damage incurred during the rental period.
