Indeed, any cancellation request requires written documentation for processing. Therefore, decisions cannot be made over the phone. However, it is possible to schedule a phone appointment after receiving the initial email from the cancellation service. The link to schedule the appointment is located in the signature.
For any information regarding a pending cancellation request, we advise you to send a message to this address detailing your request. You also have the option to check the status of your cancellation request on your current reservation under 'Cancellation Request.' The different statuses are as follows:
Pending handling
Processing
Refunded
Please note that in order to be considered, any cancellation must be reported via the “Cancellation Request” button, available until the first day of the rental.
