How do I cancel my reservation?

If wou wish to cancel or shorthen the duration of your rental, go to the reservation concerned in your SamBoat account.

Click on « Cancel the request » and choose the reason for the cancellation. 

Once the cancellation request has been sent, your rental will be in the « Cancellation request » status. 

The cancellation service will then get back to you by email regarding your cancellation request.

The processing time for a cancellation request takes an average of 2 to 3 business days. Learn more: here

After this time, if you have not received an email from the cancellation service, we invite you to check your spam or contact the cancellation service at cancelation@samboat.com.

Depending on the reason, cancellation fees may apply. Remember to check the cancellation conditions of your reservation. 

The cancellation request must be made at the latest by the evening of the first day of the rental, regardless of its duration.

Beyond this deadline, we will not be able to guarantee the management of a cancellation.

You always have the possibility to postpone the date of your rental free of charge, in agreement with the owner.
