Email notifications not received

Depending on the criteria you select, SamBoat will keep you informed of new messages and the progress of your bookings, through app, email and/or SMS notifications. 

As a first step, please check the mailbox linked to your SamBoat account to ensure that it is not full and that our emails are not redirected directly to your spam or junk mail folder. 

You can then check your chosen notification settings via “My Account > Notifications”.
