Cancelling a booking request

Before you have paid and confirmed your booking, it may happen that your plans change or that the offer proposed is not to your liking. In this case, you can cancel the request to archive it and make your list of current requests clearer. 

To do this, click on the "Cancel request" button, and you will be asked for a reason to inform the owner of the status of your project. If you are not happy with their offer, they can write to you with a new proposal.  

The different cancellation reasons are as follows: 

Outing cancelled

I have booked by another means 

Bad weather

The offer does not suit me

Other (please specify)
