It is possible to pre-pay for several boats on the same date.
As soon as an owner accepts one of the bookings, your other requests for exactly the same dates will be automatically cancelled.
So remember to check your other prepaid bookings on different dates if they are no longer valid.
If the owner refuses your prepaid booking, or does not accept it before the expiry of your prepayment, the rental amount will be immediately released and returned by SamBoat. Depending on the bank, it may take a few days before it appears in your account.
If it does not appear in your account within 3-4 days, do not hesitate to contact us again and we will provide you with a receipt that you can send to your bank so that they can trace the transaction.
