The "La Mare Apart LL - Long Version" is a modern houseboat with an extended hull and superstructure. With a length of 12m and a width of 4.2m, it offers about 30m² of space for the whole family. The innovative concept allows you comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverter. The hot water heating system combined with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a great holiday even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat easily in the harbor from berth to berth with the built-in bow thruster. Discover the most beautiful anchorages that others don't know about with our specially developed anchoring system for houseboats. For skippers without an inland waterways boat license, the houseboat can also be operated with a charter license (2-3 hour charter license training) in the designated charter license area. Manövrieren Sie Ihr Hausboot im Hafen kinderleicht von Box zu Box, mit dem eingebauten Bugstrahlruder. Finden Sie die schönsten Ankerplätze, die anderen verborgen bleiben mit unseren speziell für Hausboote entwickeltem Ankersystem. Für Skipper ohne Sportbootführerschein Binnen darf das Hausboot auch mit Charterschein (Charterscheinschulung 2-3 Stunden) im entsprechend vorgegebenen Charterscheinrevier gefahren werden. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch das relativ eingeschränkte Charterscheinrevier in diesem Raum: Potsdamer Havel, ca. 30 km, plus Nebenseen. Wohnzimmer mit Steuerstand, Tisch und Stühlen, Sofa mit Schlaffunktion, Schrank und Küchenzeile sowie großen Panoramafenstern. 1. Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,60 Doppelbett, großer Schiebetür zur Heckterrasse und 2. Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett. Bad mit Dusche, elektr. Toilette und Waschbecken. Heckterrasse mit Aussenbordmotoren, Gaskasten und Badeleiter. Die Bugterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, ist ideal durch die großzügigen Terrassentüren zu erreichen. Als Extra ist im Heckbereich eine elektrische Sauna verbaut.
