Ich hatte zwei Probleme, das erste Mal war der Anhang defekt, sie versicherten mir zu Beginn, dass alles in Ordnung sei, beim ersten Gebrauch stellte sich heraus, dass es ein Leck am Luftstopfen gab. Sie reagierten jedoch positiv und führten den Austausch während meines Besuchs auf der Insel Vis durch. Das 2. Problem, eine Verstopfung der Toilette, nicht durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch unsererseits, sondern offenbar durch ein ungeöffnetes Ventil. Als ich in den Yachthafen zurückkehrte, wurde eine Entsperrung durchgeführt. Meine Anzahlung wurde nicht einbehalten. Letzter Punkt: eine etwas wilde Rückkehr und Abholung des Bootes durch das für den Anlegeplatz zuständige Team. Der Mann, der für die Rücknahme des Bootes zuständig war, ließ mich am Tankstellendock zurück. Als Kapitän war ich nicht mehr an Bord und hatte nur noch Zeit, zur Kasse zu gehen, um den Tank zu bezahlen. Ein anderer Mann brachte mich auf einem Beiboot zurück zum Hafen und zur Anlegestelle. Nicht förderfähig. Im Übrigen ein 5 Jahre altes Boot, das schon viel gelitten hat.

Sehr guter Service. Keine besonderen Kommentare. Andererseits war ich von dem Boot (Dufour 360 GL) sehr enttäuscht. Minimale und minderwertige Deckbeschläge. Segel sind Taschen. Sehr schlecht gestaltetes quadratisches Design. Unbrauchbarer Kartentisch. Mit einem Wort, es ist Schrott, der in keiner Weise die Qualität des 385 GL widerspiegelt, den ich fast 10 Jahre lang besaß. Nicht empfohlen.
