Had a lovely day out. Boat was new, very clean & comfortable. The only issue was the bathing ladder. We all had massive problems getting back in the boat as steps were round & impossible to stand on plus hand rail was slippery & difficult to grasp, suggest rubber rungs & hand holds. Other than that everything fab.
