Security deposit management
Management of the deposit: Managed directly by the owner
The owner has chosen to manage the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay any deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.
Boat
Cancellation Policy: Personalised
When the Client, for whatever reason, is not able to take over the vessel, he can find another client who is willing to charter the vessel for the agreed period. Where the Client is not able to find a substitute client, the Owner will charge the Client as follows:
- 50 % of the charter fee for cancellation up to 30 days before the charter starting date -100 % of the total amount for cancellation 30 days and less before the charter starting date
