We had a wonderful time sailing in Malta but we had a few problems with the boat and the charter that came about mainly because Charlie has a fleet of boats that do day charters only. Having a 7 day charter was unusual for them and so they were not set up to accommodate us in the way we were expecting. Information prior to boarding was scarce. The equipment on the boat was for day charters. There was not enough cutlery or crockery or utensils for cooking on the boat. The boat itself was quite old and well used over 22 years on a daily basis. Our skipper was very pleasant, but spoke little English, meaning that the daily briefings about where we were going and what we were seeing were non existent. We were on a yacht and so expected to sail - but our skipper had never sailed before. Fortunately we had 3 experienced sailors so could do this without him. Maybe the marketing needed changing so that the expectations on both sides better matched.

Had an amazing birthday on this catamaran. The staff was super good and you could even order food and drinks while out on the sea and they deliver to the boat!

Despite a problem in the morning, the taxi dropped us off at another marina, a 1/2 hour walk from the right address, we couldn't reach Charlie who was at sea so no network, finally another taxi arrived. found the right address, 2 hours wasted! Charlie reacted and offered us 1 more hour at the end of the day. Thank you very much, the crew was also great! To recommend

The day with Charlie was just amazing! When we arrived the boat was just cleaned and ready to go. Charlie pleasantly surprised us by upgrading the boat for exactly the same price. Thanks again, we will call on him again next time. I recommend you 100%
