In short, for those who love roast, not smoke.... ATTENTION! THIS HOLIDAY IS ALREADY CONFIRMED! We will also leave only with one person on board! PLAN: SATURDAY - Ibiza We embark from 19:30 onwards at the pier of the San hotel Remo, near Saint Antoni de Portmany, Cala de bou, island of Ibiza easily accessible by bus and taxi from the airport. Once on board, we settle down, aperitif and a quick briefing on the use of the bathrooms. Dinner in front of one of the most suggestive sunsets of the island and go to bed. FRIDAY - Ibiza In the morning we exploit the bay and in the afternoon we set course for Ibiza, Cala D'Orth, dinner at sunset in front of Es Vedra, and in the night we reach San again Anthony. SATURDAY - Ibiza Saturday morning, after breakfast, disembark within hours 10am. The itinerary described above represents the standard. The the commander may vary this program at his unquestionable judgement in order to ensure the safety of the unit and its occupants, as well as to ' make navigation more comfortable and stops at anchor. Dinner: Thai prawn soup with vegetables, served with rice basmati. WEDNESDAY: breakfast, Mimitica Lunch: picnic on the beach, big rice salad, Jamon Iberian Dinner: grilled chicken, grilled vegetables. THURSDAY: Mimitica breakfast Lunch: Day ashore, for those who don't want to taste the cuisine packed lunch in the island's restaurants. Dinner: Arroz Negro (fish paella with cuttlefish ink, accompanied with allioli sauce). Il fratello Franco fu il project manager dell’imbarcazione curando la parte ingegneristica e prese parte alla “famigerata” seconda tappa tra Città del Capo e Sidney. Su questa barca si sono scritte tra le più importanti pagine della marineria italiana nonché si sono formati i più grandi skipper contemporanei, il CS & RB naviga ancora ed attualmente si trova nel Sud Pacifico... Acquistata nel 2008 è stata completamente restaurata ed ammodernata, mantenendo però integro il carattere ed il suo temperamento. Doccia esterna CROCIERE RELAX descrizione: La vacanza perfetta, per chi cerca la natura, veleggiando di baia in baia, senza mai entrare in porto, alla scoperta dei paesaggi più suggestivi, delle spiagge cristalline ed incontaminate, lontano dalla ressa. Chi lo desidera può cimentarsi con le manovre e con il timone. Le grigliate a bordo, i pic nic sulla spiaggia, scorrazzare in motorino per i viottoli di Formentera, pagaiare nelle baie più' belle del mediterraneo a bordo del Kayak o dei S.U.P, pescare, a bordo troverete attrezzatura da pesca a spinning e traina; "snorkelare" con l'attrezzatura di bordo oppure un po' di windsurf.... E se la sera si vuole far fiesta, stereo a manetta, impianto karaoke, e strumenti a percussione per tutti, tanto ciò che accade ad Ibiza, resta ad Ibiza.... Ecosostenibile, si naviga a vela cercando di usare il motore il meno possibile, a bordo si usano saponi ecologici fatti da noi biodegradabili al 100%! Facciamo la raccolta differenziata, ci auto-produciamo acqua e corrente, niente stoviglie di plastica, tanto ci pensa la lavastoviglie! ;-) Le navigazioni sono prevalentemente brevi, massimo 2 ore al mattino ed altrettante nel pomeriggio, onde potersi godere a pieno il tempo in baia, praticare sport con le attrezzature di bordo leggete nel dettaglio la descrizione dell'itinerario. Si può inoltre scendere a terra tutti i giorni, con il tender da 3,5mt per un po' di yoga sulla spiaggia, escursioni a piedi, cenette romantiche o semplicemente per un aperitivo al tramonto. E' inoltre prevista, per chi lo desidera, una serata al Blue Marlin, (salvo restrizioni sanitarie) dove ci si può scatenare con la musica dei DJ più importanti del momento. ATTENZIONE: NON e' una vacanza adatta a chi vuole andar per locali tutte le sere!!! Il giovedì' giornata a terra dove con scooter, e bike, biciclette, monopattini o semplicemente a piedi si va alla scoperta di Formentera, dei suoi splendidi parchi naturali, delle saline, e dei suggestivi paesini dell'interno, che dal mare ci si perderebbe. (gli eventuali noleggi non sono compresi nell'offerta) ATTENZIONE: Questa tipologia di Yacht richiede un minimo di atleticità', fu progettata per la prima regata intorno al mondo, NON e' assolutamente una barca di lusso con la quale fare i fighetti inchiodati in porto. E' una barca ( ed un equipaggio) concreto, che naviga. questa non e' una vacanza, bensì, una settimana di condivisione di uno stile di vita, adatta a chi ama la natura, il buon cibo, l'armonia ed il mare; il nostro lusso, e' avere i gelati! insomma per chi ama l'arrosto, non il fumo.... ATTENZIONE! QUESTA VACANZA È GIÀ CONFERMATA! Partiremo anche solo con una persona a bordo! PROGRAMMA: SABATO - Ibiza Ci si imbarca dalle 19:30 in poi presso il molo dell'hotel San Remo, presso Saint Antoni de Portmany, Cala de bou, isola di Ibiza facilmente raggiungibile con autobus e taxi dall'aeroporto. Arrivati a bordo, ci si sistema, aperitivo e veloce briefing sull' uso dei bagni. Cena al cospetto di uno dei tramonti più suggestivi dell'isola e si va a nanna. DOMENICA - Ibiza Dopo colazione entro le ore 10 circa, briefing generale e sicurezza, dopodiché si parte in navigazione. Uscendo dalla baia di San Antony dopo un'oretta di tranquilla navigazione, ci si ferma in rada a Cala Comte. Nel pomeriggio, rotta per Cala Tarida, che si raggiunge in un'oretta, dove ci fermeremo per la notte. LUNEDì - Ibiza Con una breve navigazione di 1 o 2 ore ci si ferma in rada sotto le suggestive scogliere dell' isola di Es Vedra. Successivamente si naviga in direzione Sa Caleta. (Oppure Cala Jondal se si vuole fare la serata in disco) MARTEDì - Formentera Dopo aver gustato la baia si parte per Formentera raggiungendo la rada di S'Espalmador dove pernotteremo. MERCOLEDì - Formentera Scenderemo a terra lungo le spiagge caraibiche di Formentera, pranzo pic-nic sulla spiaggia! Nel pomeriggio ci si sposta a Ses Illetes, luoghi tra i più esclusivi dell'isola, in serata si raggiunge La Savina, poco distante. GIOVEDì - Formentera Giornata a terra, dopo colazione si sbarca, qui e' possibile noleggiare qualsiasi mezzo, e partire alla scoperta dell'interno dell'isola. In serata ci si sposta a Cala Saona. VENERDì - Ibiza Al mattino si sfrutta la baia e nel pomeriggio si fa rotta per Ibiza, Cala D'Orth, si cena al tramonto al cospetto di Es Vedra, ed in nottata si raggiunge nuovamente San Antony. SABATO - Ibiza Sabato mattina, dopo aver fatto colazione, si sbarca entro le ore 10:00. L'itinerario sopra descritto, rappresenta lo standard. Il comandante può variare a suo insindacabile giudizio tale programma allo scopo di garantire la sicurezza dell'unità e dei suoi occupanti, nonché per ' rendere più confortevole navigazione e soste in rada. Convenzione per tamponi Covid in partenza da Ibiza, il tutto coordinabile con la navetta per non perdere nemmeno un minuto di vacanza. IMBARCO E SBARCO E' possibile imbarcarsi dalle ore 19.30 del sabato fino alle 10:00 della domenica Lo sbarco e' possibile dalle ore 20.00 del venerdì, fino alle ore 10.00 del sabato. Non preoccupatevi pertanto se i vostri voli hanno orari non allineati o fanno ritardo.... COSA PORTARE La vita in barca, d'estate, alle baleari, non richiede un gran guardaroba,i capi più utilizzati sono costumi e pareo... Non sono ammessi bagagli rigidi di grandi dimensioni. Il miglior bagaglio in barca e' un borsone morbido od uno zaino facilmente riponibili in un gavone; chi si presenta con valigioni rigidi dovrà selezionare i capi d'abbigliamento indispensabili, e lasciare a sue spese la valigia al deposito bagagli. ( non prendetemi per dispotico, ma gli spazi a bordo, per preservare il comfort di tutti, non consentono altre possibilità) Vengono inoltre fornite la biancheria da camera così come quella da toilette. TRATTAMENTO ALL INCLUSIVE Il trattamento All Inclusive dispensa gli ospiti dalle operazioni di cambusa e cucina, lasciando il tempo al relax, al gioco, ed al divertimento. E' comunque richiesta una minima collaborazione per quanto riguarda l'apparecchiatura e lo sgombero della tavola, ordine ed igiene delle proprie cabine e bagni. Il trattamento “ALL INCLUSIVE” non prevede nessun costo aggiuntivo per la vita a bordo oltre alla quota di partecipazione, Bevande e cibo incluso; di seguito riporto il menu di massima previsto per una settimana. Pasti e bevande consumate a terra così come le eventuali escursioni non sono comprese nella quota. ATTENZIONE: all inclusive non significa menù "alla carta", sono possibili leggere variazioni al menù con i medesimi ingredienti, ma non è possibile stravolgerlo. Inoltre non significa Open Bar, sono previste bibite ed alcolici in misura normale, chi avesse esigenze speciali, può acquistare a terra a sue spese i propri vini e pietanze preferite. Il menu' e' strutturato con colazioni abbondanti, pranzi leggeri in modo da non essere appesantiti e poter godere al meglio il mare cene sostanziose scarse di carboidrati per agevolare il riposo notturno. Il seguente menu' e' indicativo, ovvero descrive il regime alimentare tipico di una settimana a bordo, non menziono gli aperitivi e le merende in cui si da' fondo alla coscia di prosciutto Iberico sempre appeso in cucina... Vino, Birra e bevande sono a completa disposizione, ma con la moderazione dovuta agli alcolici, così' come per i superalcolici. (ovviamente c'e' anche l'acqua ;-)))) Il MENU' della settimana: SABATO: imbarco dopo le ore 19:30 ed aperitivo di benvenuto. Cena: Paella de Pescado. DOMENICA: colazione Mimitica, ovvero, crepes o pancake od omelette preparate al momento, biscotti, marmellata, miele, Nutella, Dulce de Leche, the, Caffè', Latte, Yogurt greco, frutta di stagione. A richiesta uova e prosciutto. Pranzo: Pasta con le Vongole Veraci. Cena: Grigliata di Pesce, Verdure grigliate. LUNEDì: colazione Mimitica Pranzo: Jamon Iberico Reserva tagliato a coltello, Formaggi locali con miele noci e marmellata di cipolle fatta in barca, bruschette di italiche e bruschette all'avocado, insalatona mista. Cena: Grigliata di Carne, Cerdo Iberico (maiale di razza spagnola), verdure grigliate, Papas Arrugata (patate novelle cotte in acqua di mare, (ricetta tipica Canaria) MARTEDì: colazione Mimitica Pranzo: Pasta con le Sarde (pesci) ;-) formaggi e salumi locali. Cena: Zuppa di Gamberi Thai con verdure, accompagnata con riso basmati. MERCOLEDì: colazione, Mimitica Pranzo: pic nic sulla spiaggia, insalatona di riso, Jamon iberico Cena: grigliata di pollo, verdure grigliate. GIOVEDì: colazione Mimitica Pranzo: Giornata a terra, per chi non desidera gustare la cucina locale nei ristorantini dell'isola pranzo al sacco. Cena: Arroz Negro (paella di pesce con nero di seppia, accompagnata con salsa Allioli). VENERDì: colazione Mimitica Pranzo in navigazione, Bruschette all'avocado, bruschette al pomodoro, insalatona mista, jamon iberico, formaggi locali. Cena: Zuppa di pesce Mimitica. SABATO: colazione Mimitica Sbarco entro le ore 10:00. Il menu' e' da intendersi come indicativo, variazioni possono essere apportate causa disponibilità' delle materie prime, nonche' esigenze tecniche di navigazione. Durante la settimana non mancheranno le occasioni per praticare la pesca, e se si e' fortunati, il menu' verra' debitamente modificato.
