The passion for the sea has always permeated my life and that of my loved ones. Living on board is for the neophyte an adventure that has always intrigued and attracted him while walking on summer evenings through ports and seafronts. While for those who already have experience it is a way to consolidate their passion for sailing. The boat is an American Trawler of 53 feet (about 16 meters ft) in perfect condition. Equipped on board with large spaces such as the living room, the cockpit, the convivial sundeck at the bow, the magnificent Flybridge of almost 35 square meters, with a 360 degree view, with a welcoming dinette sheltered from the sun equipped for barbecues and contemplative drinks; the Luise is ready to welcome 5/6 guests in its comfortable accommodations, or 10 people for day tours in a truly marine experience that will surely mark. The interiors are all made of fragrant Burmese Teak, now unobtainable, with inlaid floors, are designed to comfortably accommodate 5/6 guests in 2 comfortable and airy cabins. The guest cabin in the bow is equipped with 3 beds of comfortable proportions, wardrobe, drawers, container seat and desk, with two portholes and a hatch. The guest cabin on the port side is equipped with 2/3 bunk beds, the lower one is French, wardrobe, dresser with wardrobe and drawers, two portholes and a hatch. "Luise" is a traditional Trawler derived from a fishing boat, hence the seaworthiness and comfortable offshore sailing. Designed by the American shipyard King Yacht Corporation, it is produced in Taiwan, by qualified workers in an area rich in the best Teak essences that can be enjoyed everywhere on board. Dotata a bordo di ampi spazi come il soggiorno, il pozzetto, il prendisole conviviale a prua, il magnifico Flybridge di quasi 35 mt quadri, con vista a 360 gradi, con un’accogliente dinette riparata dal sole attrezzata per grigliate e drinks contemplativi; la Luise è pronta ad accogliere 5/6 ospiti nei suoi confortevoli alloggi, o 10 persone per tours giornalieri in un'esperienza veramente marina che segnerà sicuramente. Gli interni sono tutti realizzati in profumato Teak birmano, ormai introvabile, con pavimenti intarsiati, sono concepiti per accogliere comodamente 5/6 ospiti in 2 confortevoli ed arieggiate cabine. La cabina ospiti di prua é dotata di 3 letti di comode proporzioni, armadio, cassetti, seduta contenitore e scrivania, con due oblò ed un passo uomo. La cabina ospiti a babordo é dotata di 2/3 letti a castello, quello inferiore è alla francese, armadio, comò con armadio e cassetti, due oblò ed un passo uomo. Il bagno ospiti a tribordo é dedicato esclusivamente agli ospiti ed è ampio con due oblò e un passo uomo apribile sul soffitto, completo di doccia ed addirittura, vezzo inusuale a bordo di yacht di queste misure, vasca da bagno. Completano gli interni una funzionale e completa cucina, un grande soggiorno molto luminoso con dinette e poltrone, un comodo terzo bagno di servizio, una dinette zona carteggio in timoneria. La cabina del marinaio in pozzetto a poppa è trasformata in magazzino e officina. Gli spazi esterni sono comprensivi di camminamenti laterali da poppa a prua protetti anche in condizione di mare formato. A prua spazioso prendisole, trasformabile in spazio conviviale per la rada e fresca postazione con un apposito telone. Si sale poi sull'esteso Flybridge con vista a 360 gradi, che offre un inconsueto spazio per bagni di sole sempre rinfrescati dalla brezza; un'altra dinette completa di tavolo a sinistra della timoneria esterna completa l'offerta di confort, riparata da una robusta struttura a protezione del sole cocente. Graditissima inoltre la griglia a gas marina Magma di grande dimensione, altare pagano per succulente grigliate votive. Lo scopo del progetto, la mission, è dare la possibilità agli appassionati ed ai semplici curiosi, di godere il mare e l'affascinante mondo della marineria lungo una delle coste più belle del Mediterraneo. La "Luise" batte bandiera italiana, requisito che garantisce le perfette condizioni di navigazione, dovendo per legge eseguire controlli periodici che ne certificano le condizioni di sicurezza e lo stato generale. È una barca amatoriale e non la solita barca charter, ciò significa cura ed efficienza, pulizia impeccabile, preziosissimi interni in Teak birmano e non plastica, arredamento marino, attrezzatura sempre funzionante perché ne siamo anche armatori e sempre presenti a bordo, questo garantisce una profonda conoscenza e prontezza nell'ipotesi di un intervento per qualsiasi eventuale inconveniente. "Luise" è un Trawler tradizionale di derivazione peschereccio, da cui le doti di tenuta di mare e la confortevole navigazione d'altura.
