I have been renting sailing boats for several years. Unfortunately my experience with Franscesco has been the poorest I have ever had.
The day I was supposed to get the boat he told me the boat engine was KO. He proposed back up solution via another rental company but starting only the following day meaning one day of rental lost. He never wanted to pay back the rental day missed.

Mi dispiace molto leggere quanto scritto. Capisco che sia brutto dover affrontare un simile intoppo il primo giorno di ferie ma dovrà ammettere che, in tale difficile situazione, ed il 20 agosto, siamo riusciti a trovare una barca sostitutiva in un porto vicino, avete passato la notte su Krizia ed il mattino successivo siete partiti. Mi auguro che abbiate passato 6 giorni fanntastici. Se questo l'ha delusa, mi dispiace molto.
