Hello, I offer for rent my superb Beneteau Oceanis 35.1, available from Saint-Raphaël. It is a 10.5 meters sailboat with a 29hp engine. The boat is from March 2018. It can accommodate up to 8 people in total, optimal for 6 but for rental without a captain only for a maximum of 4 passengers. It is the ideal boat for a day trip for leisure and to discover the surroundings of Saint-Raphaël. You will be 15 minutes away from the golden island (Cap Dramont) with incredibly turquoise waters, 45 minutes of sailing from the Lérins Islands, Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, 4 hours from Port Cros, and 5 hours from Porquerolles. The cleaning company "Albatros," specialized in ships, intervenes before each rental to fully clean and disinfect the boat. A deposit of €3000.00 by check is required during the rental. This Oceanis 35.1 is very well equipped for sea navigation, everything is done to make your daily life easy. It includes a bow thruster to assist in your port or anchoring maneuvers, an autopilot and latest generation GPS, 2 radios (1 fixed in the square, the other mobile and waterproof on the deck), a sonar to locate, among other things, dangers around the ship, USB and 220v sockets in each room of the boat (only one 220v socket works at sea). It is a very comfortable and secure boat. It is available for rent as it allows me to maintain and improve it. I reinvest approximately between €5000 and €9000 in this sense, each year. In 2025: - Installation of a reversible air conditioning unit. Planned for May 2025. - Hull scrubbing in early April 2025 - Engine overhaul in March 2025. In 2024: - New bimini (July 2024) - New bow thruster (June 2024) - New genoa (June 2024) - Roller furler replacement - Hull scrubbing (April 9, 2024) - Refurbishment of the entire hull gelcoat (all the small bumps) and polishing - Engine overhaul done - Habitat battery replacement. In 2023: - Hull scrubbing (April 2, 2023) - Engine overhaul - Custom-made cushions for the cockpit in Serge Ferrari faux leather - New bimini (February 2023) - Asymmetric spinnaker (available for an additional €700/week) on a CX15 furler, Technifurl sail 60 m2. In 2022: Protection for: - Salon sofa (faux leather) - Complete winter protection cover protecting the cockpit and of course every year: - Engine overhaul (done in February 2022) - Hull scrubbing (Done on April 21, 2022, the boat's anniversary date) - Sail revision. In 2021, the works are: - Teak stairs descent in the square instead of the current slippery PVC - Teak in the square entirely resurfaced (like new) - Even slightly damaged woodwork entirely redone or replaced - Manual toilets become electric - Engine battery replacement - Habitat battery replacement. The rates do not include fuel and supplies, which remain the responsibility of the tenant. It can be rented with a captain for an additional €250.00 per day. Vous serez à 15 minutes de l'ile d'or (cap dramont) aux eaux incroyablement turquoise.45 minutes de navigation des îles de Lérins, Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, 4h de Port Cros et 5h00 de Porquerolles. La société de nettoyage « Albatros » spécialisée dans les navires , intervient avant chaque location afin de nettoyer et désinfecter entièrement le bateau. Une caution par chèque de 3000,00 € est demandé lors de la location. Cet Océanis 35.1 est très bien équipé pour la navigation en mer, tout est fait pour vous rendre le quotidien facile. Il possède notamment : un propulseur d'étrave pour aider dans vos manœuvres portuaires ou de mouillage. Un pilote automatique et GPS dernière génération 2 radios (1 fixe dans le carré, l’autre mobile et étanche sur le pont) Un sonar pour localiser en autres, les dangers autour du navire. Prise USB et 220v dans chaque pièce du bateau (1 seule en 220v fonctionne en mer) C'est un bateau très confortable et sécurisant. Il est a la location car cela me permet de l'entretenir et de l'améliorer. Je réinvestis environ entre 5000 et 9000 € en ce sens, chaque année. En 2025 : - Pose d’une climatisation réversible . En 2022 : Protection pour : - Canapé du carré (en simili cuir) - Bâche complète de protection hivers qui protège le cockpit et bien sûr chaque année: - Révision moteur, (réalisé en février 2022) - Carénage (Réalisé le 21 avril 2022, date anniversaire du bateau) - Révision des voiles En 2021, les travaux sont: -Escaliers descente carré teck en lieu et place du pvc actuel, qui est glissant. -Teck du carré entièrement resurfacé.(comme neuf) -Boiseries même légèrement abimées entièrement reprises ou changées -Wc manuel deviennent électriques. -Changement des batteries moteur -Changement des batteries habitat Les tarifs n'incluent pas le carburant et l'avitaillement.
