We are extremely disappointed. We have been booking our boats with Argos/Samboat for years. Now we had booked and confirmed a 2023 catamaran. But we received a boat that was 2 years older and not only had more years on its back but was also less well equipped (no air conditioning). The charter company made it very clear that Argos/Samboat had booked the wrong boat. Argos/Samboat does not want to know anything about it and does not accept responsibility, although everything can be clearly proven. They are also not prepared to give us appropriate compensation after the boat was older, less well equipped and we had a lot of stress with our crew on site. This is a huge disappointment. It is better to book directly with Dreamyacht Charter. At least then you know what you have booked and what you will get. Never again!
