They were very cautious and safety was key as on our day the waves were very high, they spoke to us about it before we departed and we decided we could go out, felt we were in very safe hands and over all a lovely day and experience. I was informed on the morning that boat was faulty and informed just an hour before the agreed time that it was working. I got little late and waited another 10 minutes for skipper to show. Skipper told me I was late and that my cruise wouldn't last up to an hour. No drinks/refreshment was served and the website was not helpful at all. Please don't use.
