I have never experienced such a bad boat handover and return. We had to pay extra for the outboard motor even though it was part of the charter contract. I refused to take the chartered boat because the mainsail could only be rolled out of the mast with enormous effort. Rolling it up was almost impossible. The boat also had many other defects. After a long discussion, we were offered a catamaran as a replacement, which we then took. But one of the cabins was unusable here too because the toilet kept filling up and there was an unbearable smell in the cabin. This was certainly not a new problem because the deposits in the toilet bowl were very noticeable. We reported this to the base staff. I hope it was repaired before the boat was handed over to the next customer. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
Ich habe noch nie so eine schlechte Bootsünbergabe und Rückgabe erlebt. Wir mußten den Außenborder extra bezahlen obwohl er Bestandteil des Chartervertrages war. Das gechartete Boot habe ich abgelehnt zu übernehmen, da sich das Großsegel nur mit enormen Kraftaufwand aus dem Mast rollen lies. Das einrollen war nahezu unmöglich. Außerdem hatte das Boot noch viele weitere Mängel. Uns wurde nach längerer Diskussion als Ersatz ein Katamaran angeboten, den haben wir dann auch genommen. Eine Kajüte war aber auch hier nicht zu benutzen, da die Toilette immer wieder voll lief und in der Kajüte ein unerträglicher Gestank war. Das war sicher kein neues Problem, denn die Ablagerungen im Toilettenbecken waren sehr deutlich. Das haben wir dem Stützpunktpersonal mitgeteilt. Ich hoffe es wurde repariert bevor das Boot an den nächsten Kunden übergeben wurde. Für eventuelle Rückfragen stehe ich Ihnen sehr gern zur Verfügung
