- pour une annulation moins de 2 jours avant la location : remboursement de 0.00% du montant de la location.
- pour une annulation entre 3 jours et 29 jours avant la location : remboursement de 50.00% du montant de la location.
- pour une annulation plus de 30 jours avant la location : remboursement de 100.00% du montant de la location.
Si vous annulez après le départ ou bien si vous ne vous présentez pas lors du départ, vous ne serez pas remboursé(e). En tout état de cause, si le loueur parvient à louer le bateau réservé, il remboursera la totalité des acomptes versés. Au moment de la prise en charge du bateau, si le bateau livré n'est pas en état de naviguer, soit par manque d'un élément essentiel de sécurité, soit parce qu'il n'est pas conforme aux règlements, et si le loueur n'est pas en mesure de proposer un bateau de caractéristiques égales ou supérieures, le locataire peut rompre le présent contrat et obtenir la restitution des sommes versées à l’exclusion de toute autre indemnisation. Le locataire s’interdit de refuser la location d’un bateau de remplacement de caractéristiques similaires. Après la prise en charge, le présent
contrat ne pourra être résilié.
