Fantastic day charter. They picked us up from our nearest port, took us to lots of little swimming spots on the way to Positano where we quickly got off for an ice cream. Fruit and drinks provided. It was like a mini tour with our skipper giving us snippets of history and fun facts along the route. Amazing boat skills too - he got us right up to the caves and the bridge. Really great day, it was our favourite day of the holiday.

Matteo and Tom were excellent. Very accommodating, caring and flexible with plans. Boat was in excellent shape and they showed us all the best spots around capri and the Amalfi coast. They were very knowledgeable about the history and the sites. Drinks, snacks, and fruit platter were delicious. Very grateful that they also provided towels. 10/10. I would use them again when I come back to the Amalfi coast.

Overview of Positano

Thanks to its mild climate all year round and its incredible breathtaking scenery, Positano is considered the perfect destination for beach holidays since the time of the Roman Empire. This ancient seaside village develops almost vertically, with the old coloured houses resting on each other halfway between sky and waves, in one of the most magical stretches of coastline of the Sorrento peninsula. Sailing a boat on Sorrento's coast is on the bucket list of all sailors. Being on the Amalfi Coast, you have access to some of the most historic cities in Italy. For example, take your chartered boat to Naples where you'll be able to see amazing scenery and sample some of the iconic cuisines.

Positano was built on the steep slopes typical of the Amalfi Coast, along that wonderful Tyrrhenian coast where there is no break between the green of the hills and the deep blue of the sea. This is the city of stairs, long series of steep and winding steps, so tiring to walk uphill as spectacular when unannounced overlooking the sea. The two famous beaches of the village, Marina Grande and Spiaggia di Fornillo are the ideal place to spend your days taking in the sun. Walk along the lively streets of the old town renowned for its shops and shopping, taste the typical lemon sweets and indulge in the dolce vita. In Positano, boat parties and fun are never lacking. On the other side of Sorrento, be sure to also stop at Salerno. Salerno, like the rest of the Amalfi, has some of the most amazing views when it comes to sailing. Take your rented yacht to Salerno and experience the views.

But the real beauty of this enchanting place is the sea, the ideal playground for every lover of boating. You can whizz off on a motorboat, explore the small coastal coves with the perfect sailboat or even let yourself go to the wildest luxury on board the most exclusive of yachts.
