Communication with Jaime went well. The boat was functional in terms of technical aspects.
However, the pictures promised a new boat, which was not the case. The boat could definitely be better maintained and had some major signs of wear and tear. The refrigerator was broken, the cabin was damp, not furnished and there was no water on board.

The boat is very well equipped and well located in the port of Portal Nous, an ideal starting point for making the coves to the west. You can park your car for free on the quay right next to the boat, ideal for transferring things onto the boat and into its fridge. The toilets on board are a real plus.
