Rules & Regulations: 

Before renting a boat, it’s important to know a few rules. The US Coast Guard does not allow more than 12 passengers on yacht hires. Furthermore, if you’re renting a boat without a Captain/driving it yourself, you must have completed a boating safety course and have obtained your Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
