Hello, We offer for rent this 12m long Bavaria Cruiser, very spacious and comfortable with 3 cabins, 2 bathrooms and a living room/kitchen to enjoy both sailing and post-sailing (...or non-sailing!). Thanks to many features, this space can comfortably accommodate 6 people, or even 8 if two people sleep in the sofa bed in the living room! Sailboat from 2008, in very good condition thanks to regular maintenance by the crew (Roger, Flo, and PA). Marine behavior given the expertise of the German shipyards Bavaria Yachts, who have thought as much about navigation as about life on board. Recent sails (renewed in October 2020) for better sensations, electric winch (for when you're feeling lazy), traveler car and autopilot replaced in the summer of 2021. Bow thruster control and steering wheel leather replaced in February 2022. Electric windlass control changed in June 2022. Annex engine also changed (July 2022). Service batteries (2x180Ah) April 2023. Last maintenance carried out in November 2024 for hull maintenance, engine maintenance, renewal of through-hull fittings, part of the interior hardware, and varnishing of the companionway. Stove (3 years), recent fridge 1 year. Sheets changed. This is a boat well-maintained and we expect our tenants to use the boat carefully and appropriately. Boat with home port at Port-Miou in Cassis (in the heart of the national park of the Calanques) but to be picked up elsewhere (Marseille, Bandol, to be defined given the difficulties posed on the subject by local authorities). Grâce à nombre de fonctionnalités, cet espace permet d'accueillir très confortablement 6 personnes voire 8 si deux personnes dorment dans le "clic-clac" du salon! Voilier de 2008, en très bon état grâce à un entretien régulier par le crew (Roger, Flo et PA). Comportement marin compte tenu du savoir-faire des chantiers navals allemands de Bavaria Yachts qui ont autant pensé à la navigation qu'à la vie à bord. Voiles récentes (renouvelées en octobre 2020) pour de meilleures sensations, winch électrique (pour les coups de mou), chariot de barre d'écoute et pilote automatique remplacés à l'été 2021. Commande propulseur d étrave et cuir de barre à roue remplacés en février 2022. Guideau à commande électrique changé en juin 2022. Moteur de l'annexe changé également (juillet 2022). Batterie de servitudes (2x180Ah) avril 2023. Dernier entretien réalisé en Novembre 2024 pour le carénage et entretien moteur, le renouvellement de passes-coque, d'une partie de la serrurerie intérieure et revernissage de la descente. Gaziniere (3 ans), Frigo récent 1 an. Écoutes changées. Il s agit d un bateau entretenu avec soin et nous attendons de nos locataires une utilisation soignée et adaptée du bateau. Bateau avec port d'attache à Port-Miou à Cassis (en plein coeur du parc national des calanques) mais à récupérer ailleurs (Marseille, Bandol, à définir compte tenu des difficultés posées sur le sujet par les autorités locales).
