Also, you have the option to bring food and drinks on board at no extra cost. - 2 HOURS (MAX 8 MILES) - 4 HOURS (MAX 15 MILES) - 8 HOURS (MAX 30 MILES) - NAVIGATION SPEED FROM 8 to 10 KNOTS. Not included in the price: - Ports other than Marbella Marina. - Speed above 8-9 knots. Cancellation policy: In case weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place and we cannot find an alternative date, the total amount paid in advance will be refunded. Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the boat from leaving port or the excursion from being carried out safely and comfortably for our clients. Due to constantly changing weather conditions, we will not be able to make a definitive decision until 1 hour before the start of the excursion. Under no circumstances can the excursion be shortened once it has started, which would result in a reduction of the rate. If the client approves a date change but then decides to cancel after acceptance, the amount paid cannot be refunded. The company is not obliged to make further date changes unless they are due to weather conditions. If the client is late for their reservation, the company is not obliged to give them extra time. In the event the client does not depart at their scheduled time due to reasons concerning the company, they will be compensated by being offered more time.

La duración de la excursión es de 10 h y tiene un precio de 5500 con todo incluido. ****** LA EMPRESA NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE SI EL CLIENTE NO LEE TODO ESTO Y LUEGO EN EL BARCO NO QUIERE HACER FRENTE A ALGUNA DERIVACION DEL CONDICIONADOR AQUI EXPUESTO**** Política de cancelación: En caso de que las condiciones meteorológicas impidan la celebración de la excursión y no podamos encontrar fecha alternativa se procederá a devolver el total de las cantidades entregadas por adelanto. Las condiciones meteorológicas adversas son aquellas que impidan que el barco no pueda salir del puerto o bien que la excursión no se lleve a cabo con seguridad y comodidad para nuestros clientes. Debido a los cambios constantes de la meteorología no podremos tomar una decisión definitiva hasta 1 hora antes del inicio de la excursión. En ningún caso se podrá decidir acortar la excursión sobre la marcha una vez iniciada la misma, significando esto en una reducción de la tarifa. Si el cliente aprueba un cambio de fecha pero una vez aceptado decide cancelar, ya no se podrá devolver el importe pagado. La empresa no estará obligada a realizar más cambios de fechas a no ser que sean por motivos meteorológicos. Si el cliente llega tarde a su hora de la reserva, la empresa no está obligada a darle más tiempo extra. En el caso que el cliente no salga a su hora por motivos de la empresa si se compensará ofreciéndole mas tiempo al cliente.
