The owner has chosen to manage the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay any deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.

(2) Die Zahlungspflicht bleibt in vollem Umfang bestehen. Es wird daher der Abschluss einer
Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung empfohlen. Diese kann bei vielen Reisebüros, unter Vorlage der Rechnung abgeschlossen werden.
(3) Wird eine Ersatzmiete gefunden, erfolgt eine Aufrechnung.
(4) Der Mieter kann jedoch von diesem Vertrag innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Vertragsabschluss
zurücktreten, falls der Rücktrittstermin nicht näher als acht Wochen vor dem Übergabetermin liegt.
(5) Beim Rücktritt vom Vertrag wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 50,00€ fällig. Diese ist auch
im Falle einer Ersatzmiete zu zahlen.
