A 220V electric kettle. 1 outdoor VHF speaker. 40m of anchor chain. A fuel gauge. Cushion covers. 2 cabin LED lamps with USB charger. \n\nNew for 2024: New stove with oven. New starboard side porthole, resealed. ENGINE :nouvelles strainer, cooling valve, and seawater pump. New hydrolube shaft seal. Part of the floor sanded and epoxy coated. New genoa UV strip. Replacement of windlass remote control and relay. \n\nBefore your arrival, I will provide you with a complete dossier on the boat, to familiarize yourself with the onboard equipment. \n\nUpon your arrival, I will stay with you for as long as necessary to help you set sail comfortably and provide advice on the best anchorages. \n\nDuring your cruise, at your convenience, I can provide you with weather information for the day and assist with your navigation plans. \n\nOffer of one free overnight stop per week of rental during the summer season. \n\nFor your car, since 2021 there is a free, enclosed parking lot secured by code that I will show you the location of (about 400m from the boat). \n\nMoored in the port of Lorient on a pontoon (24/24 access), access to the port's amenities, and quick access to the open sea. It is an ideal starting point: SHORT CRUISE (2 days): discover the bay of Lorient and its many marinas, the island of Groix is just a short distance away with its wild anchorages allowed in beautiful coves or its picturesque port to explore as it is very lively day and night!! MEDIUM CRUISE (1 week): a little further south Belle Ile, Houat or Hoedic await you, or to the west the Glénan archipelago, you have the choice depending on the weather.... LONG CRUISE (2 weeks) :Les islands of Noirmoutier, Yeu (Breton coast and Vendée residences) or to the northwest the islands of Sein, Molène, Ouessant. \n\nCOMFORT SIDE: With its large teak-clad cockpit protected by 2 large biminis (windbreak and privacy canvas placed on the sides), enjoy up to 8 people around the very practical removable table. \n\nThe dinghy (2020) will allow you to easily reach the coast, motorized upon request only (offered). \n\nOn board, the large saloon (headroom of 1.85m) can accommodate up to 8 guests around the retractable table with integrated bar, a stove with oven in the "L" shaped galley as well as a sink with pressurized water (hot water at the dock will help you prepare meals (pressure cooker provided), fridge with thermostat and temperature display. \n\nTo enjoy your nights: -A large spacious and airy cabin at the rear with wardrobe and storage locker. -A comfortable double cabin at the front -The two large settees in the saloon. Pour votre voiture, il existe depuis 2021 un parking gratuit, clos et verrouillé par code dont je vous indiquerais l'emplacement.(environ 400 m du bateau) Amarré dans le port de Lorient sur ponton (accès 24/24) , accès aux commodités du port, et surtout accès rapide vers la haute mer. C'est une base de départ idéal: CROISIÈRE COURTE (2 jours): découvrir la rade de Lorient et ses nombreuses marinas, l’île de GROIX n'est qu'à quelques encablures avec ses mouillages sauvages autorisés dans de superbes criques ou son port pittoresque à découvrir car très animé de jour comme de nuit!! CROISIÈRE MOYENNE (1 semaine): Un peu plus loin vers le sud BELLE ILE, HOUAT ou HOEDIC vous attendent, ou à l'ouest l'archipel des GLENAN, vous avez le choix en fonction de la météo....
