Really pleasant sailing area, mostly sheltered thanks to the island of Oléron. Many points of interest to discover (Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Ile d'Oléron with its small marina in Boyardville, Ile de Ré, ...). Very pleasant also to sail near other magnificent sailboats quite numerous in the bay.
Zone de navigation vraiment agréable, en majeur partie abrité grâce à l'ile d'Oléron. De nombreux points d'intérêts à découvrir (Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix, Ile d'Oléron avec notamment son petit port de plaisance à Boyardville, Ile de Ré, ...). Très agréable aussi de naviguer près d'autres magnifiques voiliers assez nombreux dans la baie.

Round trip to Fort Boyard. We thought it would be tight, but finally with the wind that strengthened in the afternoon in this season, we had plenty of time. On the other hand, the spinnaker was very useful.
Aller/retour vers fort Boyard. On pensait que ce serait juste, mais finalement avec le vent qui forci l aprem en cette saison, nous avons largement eu le temps. Par contre le spi a été très utile.
