Thomas is very responsive for email exchanges, and friendly. However, we were disappointed by the aging boat. We only learned the same day about the boat's anomalies: depth sounder and speed indicator did not work, makeshift shower (small portable Karcher). So we had to move to the Argentière pontoon while the ad indicated and showed photos of the Port of Miramar. This important information for us was not specified to us when booking.

The boat is aging, yes, but you chose a boat that dates from 2015. It is specified in the ad, nothing is hidden. If you wanted something more recent, you had to contact a professional and pay the difference.
Concerning the "makeshift shower", even if it is not integrated into the boat, you had something to help out. The goal was to rinse yourself and not to wash 3 times a day.
For the starting point, you had the option of saying no, and canceling the rental if the only important reason for you was the port of La Londe.
You told me that you were right next to the L'Argentière pontoon and that it suited you to choose this starting point. This is not very honest and inconsistent knowing that you said, "have a great day and we will come back directly".
