Our "La Mare Apart LL" is a modern houseboat, which with a length of 12m and a width of 4.2m offers enough space of around 50m², as well as retreat options for the whole family. In the open living concept, you can relax on the comfortable sofa with sleeping function (foldable to 134x200cm) or from the comfortable swivel chairs at the table, letting your gaze wander out of the large panoramic windows. Alternatively, there is a smart TV with integrated DVD player above the chest of drawers, as well as Wi-Fi access, in case the books are all read. The living room is also equipped with underfloor heating so there are no cold feet even in the cold season. The compact kitchenette, with extensive equipment and a 4-burner gas hob, ensures that you can take care of your physical well-being very well. Storage space for provisions is available in the adjacent utility room. On the houseboat there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200cm) including storage function and wardrobes with mirrored doors, which offer enough storage space for your belongings. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the head of the beds, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle in the harbor or the sunrise in the morning without worry. Through a door in the rear bedroom, you reach the 4.5 m² large rear terrace, which serves all around relaxation and well-being with access to the Finnish sauna. After a beneficial sauna session, you can toughen up using the installed bathing ladder or reclaim the houseboat in summer after a refreshing swim. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, electric toilet, and a sink, rounding off the wellness area. On the 9m² large bow terrace with table and chairs, you can wrapped in warming blankets watch the sunset with a drink of your choice and end the day. The hot water heating in conjunction with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a unique holiday even in autumn and winter. Alternativ gibt es über der Kommode einen Smart-TV mit integriertem DVD-Player sowie WLAN-Zugang, sollten die Bücher einmal ausgelesen sein. Das Wohnzimmer ist außerdem mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, sodass es auch in der kalten Jahreszeit keine kalten Füße gibt. In der kompakten Küchenzeile kann dank umfangreicher Ausstattung und dem 4er-Gaskochfeld sehr gut für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt werden.
