Cancellation terms: The date when the charter company receives a written notice of cancellation is used to calculate the cancellation costs as follows: - for cancellations made up to 4 weeks prior to rental start, the charter company charges 40% of the total rental cost, unless reservation was paid with voucher -then the charter company charges full amount of voucher payment. - for cancellations within 4 weeks prior to rental start, the charter company will charge 100% of the total rental cost. Exception is Covid-19 special regulation.
