Lady at the reception was great. The guy who did the pre boarding was not very friendly. Boat was missing pan to cook bucket and mop. We have to purchase them on the trip and they did not wanted to pay us back. Also there was a lat that broke and the charge 200$ to change it. Seem to be a bit expensive
