MAXIMUM ALLOWED CAPACITY 11+SKIPPER Our new F. Pajot "Astrea 42" is without a doubt an authentic floating hotel, as it has absolutely every comfort you can imagine, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, a freezer, coffee maker, etc., a watermaker, a powerful inverter, in short, everything you need to avoid having to "touch land" just to refuel... oh, and let's not forget its wonderful hydraulic platform, from which it is very comfortable and very quick to raise the dinghy and which we can use as a perfect platform for bathing. Although the boat can accommodate up to 12 people including the crew (using the rabbit hutches in the bow), this maximum number of people is only allowed for families with children. If the rental is for more than 8 adults, not families, i.e. groups of friends, please check prices and/or possible supplements. Depending on the client's profile and/or the number of people, the captain may be required to use one of the cabins. - Extras: Mandatory: Final cleaning: €250 (€100 for day charter) Comfort pack: €250 (overnight stay only) Skipper: €220/day Optional: Luxury pack: Up to 6 pax €400, from 7 to 10 pax: €500 Cook: €200/day Hostess: €200/day - Cook and hostess (one person who takes care of both) €240/day * COMFORT PACK INCLUDES: - Bedding - Towels - Butane Gas * LUXURY PACK INCLUDES: - Transfers airport-boarding area-airport - Reception of the weekly shopping (to have everything stowed on board upon the client's arrival). NOTE: In high and extra season, only full weeks are rented, in low and mid season also single days. Deposit with overnight stay: €2000 Day Charter Deposit: €1000 The day is changed and/or the money is refunded due to bad weather, only and exclusively for day charters. WEEKLY CHARTER It starts on Saturday at around 4:00 pm (with the possibility of free early boarding, as long as circumstances allow) and unlike most boats in Ibiza, although it does not have moorings for overnight stays, check-in is done in port at Marina port Ibiza (However, due to weather conditions or because the boat finished the charter the day before in another area or because it is more convenient for the client, boarding could be done/studied in another area) which will be very convenient for you since you can even order the purchase online, wait for it while having a beer on any of its fantastic terraces and stow it comfortably on board. And it ends on Friday at around 8:00 pm also in port (Marina port Ibiza) But if the client wants to stay on board the last night (until 9:00 am on Saturday at the latest, it will be allowed free of charge but the following cases/options will be given: 1/ The client sleeps anchored in the landing area and on Saturday the captain lowers the clients with the dinghy) 2/ The client sleeps in port but the cost will be borne by the client, the maximum time to leave the boat will be Saturday at 09:00 in the morning. 3/ The client has the option of paying an additional fee of €150 and thus disembarkation takes place at the port at 12:00 noon on Saturday. In this way, the client can “stretch” the rental a little longer since they can spend the last night in any other area (for example in Formentera) and disembark at the port on Saturday at 12:00 noon. 4/ The client has the option of spending the night in port, paying the cost of the mooring and also has the option of paying the €150 supplement (for late departure) in this way they could also leave the boat at 12:00 in the morning. CHARTER LESS THAN ONE WEEK WITH OVERNIGHT STAY If a client rents the boat for example 4 days, the boarding time would be around 12:00 in port and the disembarkation around 20:00 in port (BUT THERE ARE NO MOORINGS FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS). There is also the option of doing an extra hour by paying an extra fee. Regarding the embarkation, they are usually done in the same port (Marina port Ibiza) but it may happen that due to bad weather or rough sea conditions, the embarkation and disembarkation are established in other areas, always thinking about the comfort of the client so that the navigation is much more calm and pleasant. Aunque en el barco podrian dormir hasta 12 personas incluyendo la tripulación (utilizando las conejeras de proa), sólo se permite ese máximo de personas si se trata de familias con niños. Si el alquiler es para más de 8 adultos sin tratarse de familias, es decir, de grupos de amigos, consultar precios y/o posibles suplementos. NOTA. En temporada alta y extra se alquila sólo semanas completas, en temporada baja y media también días sueltos. Fianza con pernocta: 2000 € Fianza Day Charter: 1000 € Se cambia el dia y/o se devuelve el dinero por mal tiempo, única y exclusivamente en day chárter. CHARTER SEMANAL Comienza el sábado sobre las 16:00 horas (con posibilidad de early boarding gratuíto, siempre que las circunstancias lo permitan) y al contrario que la mayoría de los barcos en ibiza, aunque no tiene amarres para pernoctar, el checking si se realiza en puerto en Marina port Ibiza (No obstante, por circunstancias climatológicas o porque el barco acabó el charter el dia anterior en otra zona o porque al cliente le viene más cómodo, se podrían realizar/estudiar los embarcos en otra zona) lo que os resultará muy cómodo ya que podéis incluso hacer el pedido de la compra por internet, esperarla mientras tomáis una cerveza en cualquiera de sus fantasticas terrazas y estibarla cómodamente a bordo. Y Finaliza el viernes sobre las 20:00 horas también en puerto (Marina port Ibiza) Pero si el cliente quiere pernoctar a bordo la última noche (hasta máximo las 09:00 horas del sábado, se permitirá de manera gratuíta pero se darán los siguientes casos/opciones: 1/ El cliente duerme fondeado ya en la zona de desembarco y el sábado el capitán baja a los clientes con la dingui) 2/ El cliente duerme en puerto pero el coste correrá por parte del cliente, el horario máximo para dejar el barco será el sábado a las 09:00 de la mañana. 3/ El cliente tiene la opción de abonar un suplemento de 150 € y de esta manera el desembarco se realiza en puerto y a las 12:00 de la mañana del sábado. De esta manera el cliente puede “estirar” un poco más el alquiler ya que pueden pernoctar la última noche en cualquier otra zona (por ejemplo en Formentera) y desembarcar en puerto el sábado a las 12:00 de la mañana. 4/ El cliente tiene la opción de pernoctar en puerto, abonando el coste del amarre y también tiene la opción de abonar los 150 € del suplemento (por salída tardía) de esta manera podrían abandonar también el barco a las 12:00 de la mañana. CHARTER INFERIOR A UNA SEMANA CON PERNOCTA Si un cliente alquila el barco por ejemplo 4 dias, el horario del embarco sería sobre las 12:00 en puerto y el desembarco sobre las 20:00 horas en puerto (PERO NO TIENE AMARRES PARA PERNOCTAR). Si el cliente quiere pernoctar a bordo la última noche, podría hacerlo de manera gratuíta, pero se darán los siguientes casos/opciones: 1/ El cliente duerme fondeado ya en la zona de desembarco y el capitán baja a los clientes con la dingui) 2/ El cliente duerme en puerto pero el coste correrá por parte del cliente, el horario máximo para dejar el barco será al dia siguiente máximo a las 09:00 de la mañana. DAY CHARTER Los horarios de embarco y desembarco son flexibles, es una jornada de 8 horas, habitualmente de 12:00 a 20:00, pero en la mayoría de los casos, se podría embarcar un poco antes y finalizar antes, o al revés, empezar un poco más tarde y finalizar más tarde, siempre dependerá de la fecha de la reserva y en función del horario en que anochezca. También existe la opción de hacer alguna hora extra abonando un suplemento. Al respecto del embarco, habitualmente se hacen en el mismo puerto (Marina port Ibiza) pero se puede dar la circunstancia que por mal tiempo o por mal estado del mar, se establezca el embarco y desembarco en otras zonas, siempre pensando en la comodidad del cliente para que la navegación sea muy más tranquila y placentera.
