The owner has chosen to manage the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay any deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.

The communication will be effective from the moment of its reception by the lessor. ii. In the case of early withdrawal, the Owner shall withhold the payments received as a penalty as follow: 1. For withdrawal communicated between the date of boarding and 30 days prior to the date of boarding, the owner will withhold 100% of the arithmetic difference between the amount of the rental value of the boat and any commissions withheld by the broker. 2. For withdrawal communicated between the period between 60 and 31 days prior to the boarding date, the owner will withhold 60% of of the arithmetic difference between the rental value of the boat and any commissions withheld by the broker. 3. For withdrawal communicated between the period between 90 and 61 days prior to the boarding date, the owner will withhold an amount corresponding to 40% of the arithmetic difference between the amount of the rental value of the boat and any commissions withheld by the broker. 4. For withdrawal communicated in the period beyond 91 days prior the boarding date, the owner will withhold 30% of the arithmetic difference between the amount of the rental value of the boat and any commissions withheld by the broker
