"RedWine" – Relaxation, Freedom, and Nature on the Water
Take a well-deserved break and enjoy the Mecklenburg Lake District aboard our stylish houseboat, RedWine.
With our license-free houseboat, you can explore the idyllic waters around Marina Röblinsee with your family or friends (up to 6 people). Immerse yourself in the peace and untouched beauty of nature—whether you prefer a leisurely cruise from marina to marina or a relaxing stop in a secluded swimming bay, leave everyday life behind.
After an exciting day, unwind with a glass of red wine on the rooftop terrace or by the cozy gas fireplace.
Comfort & High-End Amenities
The boat offers exclusive features, including a Wi-Fi router, gas fireplace, and three TVs (including a Smart TV)—you won’t miss a thing.
It has two comfortable bedrooms:
One with a double bed
One with a bunk bed and a single bed
An additional sleeping option for one person on the sofa in the living area
A staircase from the rear terrace leads to the spacious, furnished rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view and relax in the sun or under the 4x4 meter sunshade.
Extras & Rentals
For a cozy BBQ evening, a grill is available. Additionally, you can rent a stand-up paddleboard, canoe, electric dinghy, or bicycle from the harbor master for an extra fee. Dogs are welcome on board!
Important Notes
Clearance height: 3.90 m (with the sunshade extended: 5.45 m). Please retract the sunshade before passing under bridges.
Minimum crew requirement: To maneuver, dock, anchor, and pass through locks, at least three adults (or two adults + one capable teenager) are required.
Weather restrictions: These houseboats are sensitive to wind. If winds reach Force 3 (from 12 km/h), the marina may prohibit departures to ensure safety.
Energy & Off-Grid Freedom
The houseboat is equipped with a board battery, providing autonomous power for one night without shore power. The best part? You can anchor freely and fully enjoy the tranquility of nature—far from the hustle and bustle of marinas.
However, keep in mind:
After 24 hours at most, the battery will need fresh power from a marina. Otherwise, you'll not only hear annoying warning beeps, but critical systems like the bow and stern thrusters could fail—making maneuvering difficult.
Our tip: Be mindful of power usage and only use what's truly necessary—this way, your freedom on the water remains uninterrupted!
What are you waiting for?
Rent, step aboard, set sail, and enjoy your perfect houseboat getaway!
