We decided to rent a boat at noon for the afternoon, the rental company was very responsive and we were able to exchange and validate the rental within minutes of the first message. Arrived at the dock at the meeting time, we were explained the rules to respect as well as the use of the boat (all in French) and in 5 minutes we were on our way to enjoy our trip. As for the boat, it corresponded to the description, there were two of us and we didn't need more.

Even one star is too much. We were a family of 4 with two children, one of whom was 2 years old. We had booked from 15 to 19 and we had to wait an hour in the sun without any answers, it was terrible! Sad for the employee who had to take xxxxxx as his boss couldn't speak English to us and didn't consider us as he was busy enjoying his lunch 20 meters away from us. We got the boat after an hour with no life lost, petrol spilled all over the boat!! We still feel sick today from the smell. Had the wife not asked to cancel and then all the money back, we would not have been compensated, but she refused to hope and demanded to get the money back and THEN they compensated us with an extra hour, which we did not want as we had other plans. Our proposal was not to pay for the gas and after many back and forths we got the gas for free. With an hour less. Never again this boat! recommend booking on the spot as they are very good at fiddling and being deceived, no guarantee even though you have paid!

ciao, siamo dispiaciuti per quanto accaduto ma come hai potuto vedere tu stesso sul posto, il ritardo non era a causa nostra ma del cliente che c'era prima di te che purtroppo ha tardato di parecchio facendo aspettare voi, per questo poi ha appunto pagato una penale per il suo ritardo (come da regolamento) Al che vi abbiamo invitati diverse volte ad accomodarvi presso il bar che c'è di fronte al porto, dove avresti potuto aspettare con i bimbi in maniera tranquilla nell'attesa che la barca tornasse. Per questo disagio ci siamo scusati diverse volte e ti siamo venuti incontro come potevamo, infatti l'intero costo del carburante è stato poi gratuito. inoltre ci tengo a specificare che i nostri collaboratori erano impegnati in altri porti a lavorare e non al ristorante a "godersi il pranzo", non so chi tu abbia visto. spiacenti, arrivederci.
