Check in im Office gut. Übergabe Schiff nicht gut. (Hilfs)personal wenig unmotiviert. Der genannte Techniker stand nicht zur Verfügung. Auf Mängel (an einem 1 Jahr alten Boot) wurde hingewiesen aber man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass diese Mängel jemanden stören oder man um Abstellung bemüht ist. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass konkrete Forderungen erfüllt wurden. Das Boot hatte einen schlechteren Zusatnd , als erwartet.
