When renting a boat in Cabo Roig, needing a license will completely depend on the type of boat and the size. For motorboats, if the boat you wish to drive has more than 15hp and is more than 4 meters in length, you will need a license. If you are hiring a catamaran or a sailboat, you will need a license if the boat is over 5 meters in size.
