Communication with Juan was good but we didn’t get the boat which was promoted. Instead of the 2023 boat, and old boat was provided. Instead of paying the fuel by actual usage (as stated on the rental contract) we had to pay a significant deposit for fuel consumption per hour (fixed amount). We were using the engine (cruising speed) for max 60 min during a 4 hour period. We didn’t get a fair part of the fuel deposit back. Discussing resulted is a useless answer. “Some use more some use less”. If this is the real policy I believe it’s fair to state this fixed price in the advertisement (and include it in the promoted rental price). But maybe this has happened because of a broken fuel gauge or is an ordinary way for additional profit?!
