En cas d'annulation du fait du Client intervenant plus de 3 mois avant le départ, l’acompte versé lui sera restitué ou en cas de prestation vendue via un partenaire, l’acompte versé sera restitué en numéraire ou sous forme d’avoir déduit des frais et services selon le cas.
En cas d'annulation du fait du Client intervenant dans un délai compris entre 3 mois et jusqu’à 5 jours avant le départ, 30 % des sommes versées par le client seront de plein droit acquises au Loueur, à titre de dommages et intérêts, en réparation du préjudice ainsi subi.
En cas d’annulation du Client intervenant moins de 5 jours avant le départ, le paiement est intégralement du par le Client, 100 % des sommes versées par le client seront de plein droit acquises au Loueur, à titre de dommages et intérêts, en réparation du préjudice ainsi subi.
Toutefois, et sans que cela constitue une obligation pour lui, le Loueur pourra proposer, dans la mesure de ses possibilités, de décaler les dates de la location et / ou procéder à un remboursement des sommes versées par le Client dans la mesure où il parviendrait à relouer le bateau sur la même période.
