Si por cualquier motivo el arrendador quiere cancelar el chárter:
A.- En caso de cancelación hasta 30 días antes de la fecha de embarque, se devolverá el 50% del importe total pagado.
B.- En caso de cancelación a menos de 30 días antes de la fecha del chárter no se devolverá el importe pagado.
Nota: En el caso de que la compañía pueda realquilar el barco en los 30 días previos a la fecha señalada para el chárter, la empresa devolverá el importe trasferido al arrendador con una penalización de 250€ por gastos de gestión
