The "La Mare Apart LL - Long Version" is a modern houseboat with an extended hull and superstructure. With a length of 12m and a width of 4.2m, it offers enough space for the whole family on about 30m². The innovative concept allows you comfort and independence thanks to solar energy and inverter. The hot water heating in combination with the insulation gives you the opportunity for a relaxed holiday even in autumn and winter. Maneuver your houseboat in the harbor, supported by the built-in bow thruster. Find the most beautiful anchorages that remain hidden to others with our specially developed anchoring system for houseboats. In the spacious living area, you will find the steering position with a separate height-adjustable chair, dining table with comfortable chairs, sofa (extendable to a 1.60m wide double bed), side tables (also usable as stools), sideboard and kitchenette, as well as large panoramic windows. The 1st bedroom offers a box-spring double bed (1.40m), panoramic window, porthole, and the door to the aft terrace. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with the same bed, panoramic window, and porthole. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, as well as generous storage space in the bed boxes. The bathroom is comfortably furnished with a shower, electric toilet, sink, porthole and electric fan, as well as towel rail radiator. The technology is housed in a separate room with sound insulation. Das 1. Schlafzimmer bietet ein Boxspring-Doppelbett (1,40 m), Panoramafenster, Bullauge und die Tür zur Heckterrasse. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist mit dem gleichen Bett, Panoramafenster und Bullauge ausgestattet. In beiden Schlafzimmern befinden sich Kleiderschränke, sowie großzügiger Stauraum in den Bettkästen.
