Security deposit management
Management of the deposit: Managed directly by the owner
The owner has chosen to manage the deposit directly during the rental. Do not pay any deposit before seeing the boat and the owner.

Cancellation Policy: Personalised
If the customer cannot use the yacht, he is free to find another person, that will take over his rights and obligations, but with the agreement of the owner.
If the customer does not find a replacement the owner withholds: 50% of the rental price for cancellation within 2 months prior to the rental date
70% of the rental price for cancellation within 30 Days prior to the embarkation date.
100% of the rental price for cancellation within 3 weeks prior to the rental date
In case we will be able to charter the boat anyway to an other client, in same conditions, advance payment is fully returned to the client who cancelled the booking.
